XELA

Xela is a producer and DJ from the Toronto area focusing on hard kicks, groovy percussion and trippy acid basslines.

Growing up, Xela had many different musical influences and using his understanding of various genres, Xela is able to craft a multi-genre sound in both his production and Dj sets that sets him apart from many others in his local scene.

While only recently stepping into the DJ scene, Xela has an extensive production background, producing songs for over 7 years in multiple genres, including rap, techno, pop, and alt-rock. With this background knowledge, Xela has quickly picked up DJing and been noticed by a handful of popular collectives and been given the opportunity to play for popular local events run by names such as “The Industry”, “takeover 6ix” and “Tribunal”.
